Dale's right... the PM would not authenticate with RAS but...
You would probably have to logon twice. Once with the PM and Radius,
that gets you into your network but not logged into any NT Domain.
If the 'logon to domain' check box in RAS was checked you might
get away with it but I suspect it would time out or the PM would
cough with it.

Noise or PM/PPP authentication and not Microsoft network traffic.
