You need to run REGEDIT and go into the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/IEA and
add registry keys telling the service where your acct directories are, etc.
If the directories don't exist under the default C:\RADIUS directory the
service will fail unless you specify them.

There is a file called REGISTRY in the Emerald zip file that lists the
possible keys.
