You need to set up an IP filter on your PowerRack. Then you need to specify
that filter name in the Framed-Filter-Id section of Radius.

I set up my filter on my PowerRack to only allow packets from my DNS server
on the DNS port # and from my mail server on the POP3 and SMTP ports. Works
flawlessly.
