Using IEAK we only have 3 disk for our 3.x customers
6 for our win 95 customers.

Mitch,

I recall seeing a posting in the explorer newsgroup relaying that
the MTU setting on the shiva dialer in combination with some
Rockwell based modems does not sync. well with the standard
MTU=1500.

If you post this to the Explorer 3.x newsgroup at msnews.microsoft.com
you will probably get a more defined answer.
