I've downloaded the latest release of RadNT, and am in
the process of converting to it from our current version.
I've looked through the changes.txt file twice to determine
what "R" value to use to enable concurrency lockout, and
can't come up with the right number - at least it appears as if
I can't, as the calls and callsonline tables aren't ever touched.
