logon screen

Hello, I'm new to all this and we seem to have something configured
improperly as when as I log on ( I am the administrator ) via modem from a
customers site, it brings up the windows logon/pw screen. Hitting cancel
allows me to continue to the internet.
The radius user file is set for PPP....
