If you use WinZip, just double-click on the zipfile and when the WinZip
window opens up, showing all of the file's contents, highlight the
"radius.ex_" file and choose Extract. After the file has been extracted,
open up a command prompt in the directory where you dumped the "radius.ex_"
and type in
expand radius.ex_ radius.exe
That should do it...
