Are you using Emerald also? The Emerald client gives you an easy way
of doing this without having to deal with the database.

Add entries to RadConfigs which correspond to the AccountID for the
SubAccounts.

An example MS Access database is included with RadiusNT that has the
base set of fields.

No, its in the code and won't be changing (atleast nothing radically)
