This is REQACCTAUTH, not REGACCTAUTH. That might be causing the
problem. The other problem. might be that you need to
specify the AcctDirectory and DataDirectory, since you might
not have a working directory when it runs as s service.
Grab 1.16.60 and use the RadiusNT administrator to configure
the registry and life will be easier. :)
