Radius + MSAccess

Could someone tell me how they have their MSAccess ODBC file setup to
deliver an IP to a dialup user? I have the text file working fine using:

test Password = "testing", Expiration = "Dec 24 1997"
User-Service = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Address = NNN.NNN.NNN.NNN,
Framed-Netmask = 255.255.255.0,
Framed-Routing = Broadcast-Listen,
Framed-Filter = "std",
Framed-MTU = 1500,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP

This "users" file setup above delivers the Framed Address Line IP number to
the dialup user(which is what I want MSAccess to do) ... I have tried many,
many combinations of settings in the radius7.mdb file that came with
Radius60.zip but all it delivers is(it finds the users I entered in Access
but not the IP settings):

"Router IP address" to Negotiated Address(literally says "Negotiated
Address") and when I do a route print on a Client station doing a dialup to
the router it has no IP.

Tearing out my hair,
