Didn't work when I tried it ... it seemed like it was doing something but
the registry remained exactly the same and no service showed up on reboot
even after manually editing the services file and adding the ports 1645/udp
and 1646/udp for Radius and Radadmin... I had to use the resource kit to
install RadiusNT_60 on NT4.0 for the first time.
