HI

Not only do you need USR Total Control, but, you need "digital channel
service" from your telco. This DCS plugs into a T1/PRI card in the TC
chassis. This is what USR explained to me. As far as waiting for a
standard to be approved, USR says that they can conform with a FREE
software upgrade {yet to be seen}. We are going to wait a few weeks or
months untill the dust settles. Maybee 3com/USR will even lower their
prices when there is more competition with the new standard.
