Get PERL\Win32's 5.003 (5.004 is on it's way)... we've had great
success with this. Just keep in mind that some functionality available
on Unix will not be on NT... details are in the readme's...

BTW, u can also use this to get the really cool MRTG tool working on
NT!!! :)
