I have radius and emerald on one box, web and ftp on another. I set the
radius/emerald box to be Primary domain controller and i set the web and
ftp box up to be a stand alone server and made it part of the domain.
I am logging in as the Domain Administrator and running serv u.
If i just log in as the administrator of the web/ftp box only and try to
load serv-u, the dll doesn't load, but i can create an account in serv-u
and use the services in full.

sorry, i posted in both the isp and the emerald list because i started it
on emerald but saw that josh hillman had posted a similar problem on the nt
list.
