is 167.142.53.206 your router address? I ran a traceroute to
"www.ia-onmi.com" from one of our NT servers here and then ran it directly
from our Max 4004. The Max displayed the times, but NT 4.0's tracert
didn't--it seems as if there's some kind of unusual quirk with your router
and MS tracert calls. "cisco.talstar.com" is our Cisco 2501 router.

Compare the two tracerts (the third time has been deleted from the listings
so that everything would fit better in the email):
