BIG one here -- the NT server running RADIUS *must* have the IP and name of
the NAS in its local hosts file (\nt40\system32\drivers\etc\hosts).
Otherwise, the reply won't get back to the NAS fast enough.

Disable CHAP and leave the CHAP secret blank.
