Information on SSIs with IIS 3.0 is at:
http://yourwebserver/iasdocs/aspdocs/ssi/isiall.htm

SSIs can definately be run with IIS 3.0, but be real careful how you set
your permissions, otherwise you may unknowningly have someone type in a URL
like:
http://yourwebserver/somedirectory/somefile.exe
and have it all of a sudden attempt to run that
file/program/self-executing-zipfile on your server--that's not good unless
of course that file happens to be some script that you want there. Just be
careful how you have your NTFS permission set as well as the specific
directory permissions in the IIS Manager (namely, the "Execute" checkbox).
