Does anybody uses the expiration parameter with a Portmaster (2E) on text mode ?
If so, drop me a line explaining how you do, mine is not expiring !!

I have sone users that account have to expire one day, and I want to write it
in the profile, so that when date is over the user can't get connected.

I'm not the only one that want to use this (!) but it's not working

Thanks for help :)

SQL statement is correct. It just doesn't seems to have any effect on
2.1.11 or 2.1.8. Emerald still produces [commnet] for Netscape MTA.
Any suggestions?

My terminology of data was collectively the value and data fields,
depending on the type of each ConfigID. 55 is an integer type, and
therefore uses the value field. The above SQL statement is
correct.

You can add a header, footer, or body, but you can't change the currenttext.Emerald 2.2 will allow you to modify some of the text more.

The introductory price for RadiusNT 2.2 will be $495 for up to twoserversusing the same users file or database, and $99 for each additionalserver.

We haven't set a final date for it (we are working on a couple of otherpackages that we will be announcing all at the same time).

SQL is transcation based. The trans log is the list of commands thatwhere sent, the order, etc. As long as you don't have any opentransactions, you can truncate it. The log is used to roll back transactions issomethinggoes wrong.

We are offering 5.95$ for 6hr. I do not see a "minimum charge" field under service types. I see "Cost". Should this be set to the minimum charge amount, or 0? If it is left as 0, what happens if the user is not online for the minimum amount of time.

That is the only way to do it. The regular charge field is a PER HOURcharge for the regular time used, just like the over charge field is.

It has been found that the ignore case feature works backwards. Place acheck in it and you will be case sensitive.

Just a note updating my tale of woe with radius and ComputoneIntelliserver. Computone has a new kernal (1.5.1i) which we installed thismorning. The "accounting storm" which we were experiencing has stopped.Actually I think we now have no accounting at all occurring, but at thispoint in time I don't care about accounting. Radius will still crash ifsomeone logs in with a bad user name or password. We duplicated this bydialing in and after 3 bad attempts, radius goes to the doctor. Also, wenoticed that passwords are not case sensitive with radius. We can loginwith the corrrect password but case reversed( ie test instead of TEST) andradius will authenticate. In radadmin, ignore case is not checked.

Any pointers???
