Looking at the relationship between service-types and rates, it appears I
can accomplish this a couple of ways. What I've done is set up the minimum
charge in the service type, then in the rate I set the hours to reflect the
minimum charge/hourly rate, then charged the hourly rate for overtime. I
left the regular charge field at 0 in the rate area.
Does this sound reasonable ? Would there be any reason why moving the
minimum charge into the rate area would be any more advantageous ?
