V4 was put up last night.
One note I forgot to make. PLEASE read the bottom of the emer_su.txt
file, especially the new registry information. If you do not add
the ODBCDataSource registry entry (and probably the username/password)
then emer_su.dll will NOT load.
If you run RadiusNT and Serv-U on the same machine, the emer_su.dll
will use the same settings that RadiusNT uses to connect to the database.
