Emerald Remote is the term given to the ability to allow other people
to maintain a PORTION (one or more groups) in your database.
Examples of using this could include resellers of your service,
large companies, etc.
Currently Emerald remote does not include seperate billing for
each group, but we will probably add that in the future.
