I now have a HUGE db. I have found that there was a bug in Emer prior to
108 that prevented the consolidation of the calls history. As a result I
had more than 500,000 call records and my db was 163 MB.

In speaking with Dale, I expanded the Emerald Db to 200 Mb and the Tempdb
to 160. (He suggested 30, but it failed on an earlier attempt). I deleted
the acctstatus type = 1 and then consolidated successfully. The two
processes took more than six hours of run time with all other services
turned off!

Now, my Emerald db is still 163 Mb. There can't be that much junk in that
db for the number of subscribers that we have.... or could there be? How
can it reduce the size of the calls table after consolidating it?

It would be nice if Emerald would create some scheduled housekeeping tasks
to do recommended cleanup.
