Error 53: File Not Found

1. I installed Emer_77 and Emer_108 (Both full versions) on a new NT4
Workstation. They seem to install without problem, but when I try to run
Emerald, I get Error 53: Unable to locate file. When attempting to load
Emaradmn, I get "Unable to register or find vbsql.ocx." I have checked and
the named file is in the winnt\system32 directory.

Any Ideas?
