HELP Emerald only writing 3 users to c:\radius\users

Things were running along fine, we were adding new users, the radius users
file kept growing. Now suddenly Emerald only writes the same 3 users to
the file, & I don't - of course - have a backup of the previous radius user
file.

Emerald shows me all of the users we have entered, so the SQL database is
OK, when I go to "external" and "radius file", Emerald writes those 3 same
users over again.

I'm running Emerald 2.0.75 Any suggestions? I'm running out of name slots
in my router FAST!
