This will install itself as a service.
Beware, the documentation for both Emerald AND RadiusNT is a bit
out-of-date. All configurations for RadiusNT are done through RadiusNT
Administrator (an icon will be created for it) and for Emerald, use Emerald
Administrator (the documentation says you need to fiddle with emerald.ini,
but that file no longer exists and is no longer used -- remember that the
documentation is fairly out of date).
