It allows you to specify a Group/Region/ServiceType that can access
that port. We are still looking at all the psossiblities, but basically
you will be able to set a combination of any of the above attributes
for access.
For example, you could say only ISDN service Types in the Business Group
can
use these ports, or only PPP customers in New York region can use these
async
lines.
