You want to use Emerald after dialing in PPP? This works fine assuming three
things.
One you're using dial-up-networking
Two, you have an LMHOSTS file so your machine knows how to find the SQL
server. (all right you Could use a Wins server but there are security
considerations)
Three, you have properly configured your DSN pieces on the Emerald remote
machine.
