Accounts tab not showing

We are having some trouble with Emerald... It works just fine on our
desktop computer that we are running it on, running win95 but on the laptop
just recently it stopped showing the information on the Accounts tab, all
the other tabs work just fine... we've tried reinstalling more than once
with, tried older versions, checked permissions and everything. Has anyone
ever had this problem? and if so how did you fix it?
