Printing invoices in 2.0.88; error loading DLL in 2.0.92

1) Using Dale's advice about incremental batch invoicing, we've managed to
create a slough of invoices. Now, how do we print 'em? If we go into
the Invoices tab, highlight an invoice and click "Print", it SAYS it is
printing the invoice, but nothing ever goes to the printer.
2) We tried to upgrade to 2.0.92 yesterday and got an error 48 loading DLL.
It doesn't say WHICH .DLL (pg.dll in the beta dir, perhaps?). What DLL
is it looking for and where can we find it? Thanks!
