You can modify the database to store up to 4 digits, but really
only three are relevant, if are only using 2 digits. :)
Use Eneterprice Manager to:

A) Rename your Discounts "Percent" Field, to "PercentOld" and
save the changes.

B) Add a field called Percent, Type Real, Default 100 and save.

C) Execute the query:

Update Discounts Set Percent=PercentOld

Then you should be able to add percentages.
