Typically you would create an Administrator MBR. Under that MBR
you add a service with login "route-1" and the add the specific RADIUS
entries for the server. Repeat for all of those.

Does Emerald display any errors? Is the charge showing up in the
MBR history tab?

You have a group that is pointing to that domain. Change the groups to
point
to other domains, then you can delete it.
