Time On, Update doesn't pull back information from Calls table

I have RadiusNT successfully putting data into the Calls table in my
Emerald database. I figured that I'd be able to pull those calls up from
the Time On tab within the Services area by hitting the Update button.
None of the information for a given user is coming back. I have the same
username in the MBR as is being logged by Radius in the Calls table.

I'm thinking there must be some other column that it needs to match on.
The most obvious would be a column that contained service information.

Has anyone got this one working? Perhaps I don't have something configured
correctly that would tie these things together.

I've tried tracing the select that it might do, but nothing gets logged in
SQLTrace. I'm wondering if the button is even doing anything right now.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
