Sounds like the ports need to be updated. This happens to us everytime
we add lines. We just keep running the updtport.sql script once a day.
They eventually come back up.

Not sure if this is a RadiusNT issue or Emerald, but here's what's
happening:

I switched providers recently and had to renumber. The RAS (PM3) was
(is) behind a firewall in both locations, so the internal IP address it
has didn't change (10.0.0.3).

In the old location, the Online view showed users logged on. In the new
one, it doesn't. They don't have problems authenticating, but just
don't show up.

To make sure it wasn't a permissions issue, I've also tried logging in
to Emerald with SA with no change.

I'm using Emerald 2.5.342 w/ RadiusNT vsn 2.5.217.

Details

1. PM3 is set to 10.0.0.3 behind a firewall. It goes out through the
firewall and is reported as 10.0.0.3 to RadiusNT (NAS-Identifier =
10.0.0.3)

2. The entry I have in Emerald Admin for this NAS is:

Server Address: 209.144.99.1 (The address of the firewall)
Ports 47 Modems 47
Pool Start: 209.144.99.65
Pool End: 209.144.99.113

3. Server Ports have been defined (0-46) but have no activity on them.

Users are getting authenticated, and accounting records generated.
