Group,

I'm using wholesale ports from Quest and all my customer's are able
to connect, but they won't show up on the Online Log. If there is an
error logging on it does show up in the Radlog. I also have a local RAS
with my own lines that all works just fine. Is there something special
I need to do for the Quest lines. I'm using US Online to get the Qwest
lines.

TIA,

Todd

Todd,

How did you set up your qwest ports?

We are using the qwest wholesale ports with Emerald/RadiusNT 2.5.

We can see the users in the online screen just fine, but the problem is
when a user fails to authenticate, we cannot see them in the radlog
screen to see why they failed to log on.

All our local ports work in the radlog, but qwest ports do not.

Any ideas on how to get this to work?

Thanks,
John
