Here's the issue: I need my techs to be able to use the "Clear" button
on the Users Online Report. I have tried several combinations, but I
gave up halfway through (rationalizing that there is no reason that I
should have to trial-and-error my way through configuring a piece of
software I purchased).
I posted here instead of to support in the hopes that whatever crumbs of
knowledge I gain will be shared with others....
