I had this problem with my 2.5 version. What I did was go into Emerald
Admin and report the RAS devices. That got most of the Online users back,
but not all. Once a day after that I would update the calls in the Batch
window. I also used the Update Port script in my SQL database.

The following is our environment:
W2K SP3
SQL 2000 SP3
We installed Emerald 4.5 + RadiusNT and converted our old 2.5 database, this
step went successfully.
Our users can log-in, but we cannot see any users in the users online view.
We looked at the calls table and that is also not getting populated.
When I try logging in with RADLOGIN locally then that user can be seen.
Would appreciate any help.
