You renamed your CustomerAccess operator group to something else.
Don't do that. :) If you change the name of that Operator Group, you'll
effectively prevent remote access by your users (see the WebCheckOperator
Stored proc if you want to know why).

You need to create an operator group named "CustomerAccess" and only
have one object group under it (Customer Access) with Global and read
only for the permissions. Then reload your security in the Admin, Web
config
and your users can login.

Also, normal operator groups should NOT have the Customer Access Object
group assigned to it.
