Hey,

We actually created a "Complimentary" Group and in the MBR, under the
General Tab, set the Cost to "No Charge".

Under the Billing Tab we set the Billing Cycle to "No Charge" (made it
Balance Forward, in Emerald Admin) and Pay Method to "Other".

Also, we cleared the Expire Date...

(The "No Charge" in Cost and Billing Cycle we created in Emerald Admin. The
Other in Pay Method is already there.)

Seems to work well for us...
