I am trying to create a webpage for our tech support people to see user
online time. I'm really trying to duplicate the TIMEON tab in the service
of an account. Does anyone have this query? It appears to be from the
CALLS table, but having issues determining which row of acctstatustype of 1
belongs to the row of acctstatustype of 2. Maybe I'm too tired!
