Subject: [NTISP] odd problem on a NT40 box

I recently created a newer NT40 box.

Put option pak 4 on it (IIS4)

Put service pack 5 (couldn't find 6a on microsoft.com)

Installed the FP2k server extensions.

I am running a few web sites on it. When we go to run ANY asp file, we get
prompted for permission to run the file. If I authenticate with an
administrator account, it works fine, pushing data into an access file via a
form. Without authentication HTML only is ok. I tried even a dummy file with
the extension .asp and it causes the same prompt, EVEN WHEN ACCESSING FROM A
BROWSER ON THE SERVER ITSELF.

Obviously I have missed a permission somewhere but I can't seem to see it.
My other server does not have this problem so I know what it should look
like :)

My system32/inetsrv directory has everyone with full control

Any insights would be appreciated.
