[Emerald] Total number of accounts don't match??

Subject: [Emerald] Total number of accounts don't match??

When I do a query of masteraccounts where active=1, I should get the number
of active mbrs, right? Well, the total number of records that this query
returns is 9 records less than the the total number of accounts that
Emerald reports on the status line???

Can anyone explain this to me? Which number is correct?
