What NAS do you have ? Some servers have different port numbering sequences.

Dear All,

I have a problems in my Emerald Database. I addan access server in database and enter this inserveraccess table. Now people starts connectingsuccessfully. Now two problems appears

1- The server port do not assigned by Radius asit is defined in serverports so I can't seepeople online in my Emerald Front end and all theusers have acctstatustype value 2 written incallsonline.

2. After some time about 10 min everything fromserveraccess defined for new server becamedisappeared.

Now please if you help me in solving theseproblems. I will be thankful to you.
