I have a problems in my Emerald Database. I add
an access server in database and enter this in
serveraccess table. Now people starts connecting
successfully. Now two problems appears
1- The server port do not assigned by Radius as
it is defined in serverports so I can't see
people online in my Emerald Front end and all the
users have acctstatustype value 2 written in
callsonline.
2. After some time about 10 min everything from
serveraccess defined for new server became
disappeared.
Now please if you help me in solving these
problems. I will be thankful to you.
