[RadiusNT] RadiusNT 3 Lost records problem

Has anyone had a problem with "lost" data?

RadiusNT 3.0.172
MS SQL 7 with Service Pack (not sure if it's 1 or 2 at this moment)

Data shows up in the debug window like...

But never shows up an an SQL Query.
Other data from other hosts *DOES* record ok as far as we can tell.

Other data *LOOKS* the same other than which NAS is sending the data.

Has anyone seen this before?
Could this be a RadiusNT Setting problem?

No Errors are showing up in Radius Debug screens!
