There is a start time and stop time field in the ServerAccess table.
This is covered on page 71 of the RadiusNT 3.x documentation. Each
value is minutes after midnight and RadiusNT understand spanning
over midnight (ie, 8am-6pm and 6pm-8am type numbers).
