Dale we expanded the database, then ran the manual maintenance to trim it -
but disaster has struck. The thing ran for an hour or two, then popped up a
message that it had run out of space on the device. Since then we have been
SQL Enterprise Manager says Emerald is 'recovering' whatever the hell that
means (I mean I think I know what it means but how long is it supposed to
take we waited hours!)
We've been trying to call you for hours, keep getting an answering machine
but once, we got a receptionist who says 'everyone is out'.
Can you please give me a support number I can call!
