[Emerald] batch in email error related to ccreject.rpt

What would cause the following error message after hitting "batch in"
(credit cards)?:
Report ccreject.rpt Not mailed to MBR 2970 (buffer
OK
Notice that the complete error message did not fit (and word-wrap) inside
the error window.
