Hi. I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to configure Emerald to email
a final notice to customers before their accounts expire (which I'm sure
they'd appreciate!). I dug through the list archive, but didn't find
anything helpful. Surely I'm not the first person to think of this. Any
suggestions?
