Hi everyone. I am just getting started with Emerald and am finding it a =
bit daunting. I hope you will forgive my ignorance and answer a few =
simple questions (in order of importance):

1. How can I use Crystal or something to do a download amount report =
- sitting in front of Emerald with a calculator is not much fun, and the =
Australian market is mainly driven by bandwidth cost - we need to =
measure download usage!

2. I may be daft - but I can't find where to download updates to =
Emerald on the Web Site.

3. Is there a way to use Emerald for billing but not Authentication? =
I am concerned about our ISP relying so critically on a Wintel platform. =
Dial-in router is a Cisco 5360.=20

Thanks for your help.
