You have to remember.. Email invoices are sent as TEXT and have no
relationship to what it looks like in CR on the screen or printed.

You should use a non-proportional spaced character set.

You will have to spend some time adjusting the form to look fine as text in
Email. You probably will never make it look exactly right on everyone's
computer screen or printer as they may have different fonts setup, different
screen sizes and of course printer drivers.
